We enjoyed our three-night stay, as the staff was very attentive upon arrival and throughout our visit, and the location was ideal, with several great pubs and restaurants nearby. Responsive staff, perfect location close to pubs and restaurants, great dining options available.

the room was good sized and offered a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. the bed was comfortable, plus the bathroom was excellent. in general the staff were flexible and fabulously friendly. the location was prime, just close to the medieval city walls. furthermore, close to all amenities.

I came here with my family. I enjoyed the convenience of the superior double room, as well as central heating, tea and coffee making equipment, and a work desk etc. The location was EXCELLENT and nice, just off all shops and restaurants and train station, eyre square, great restaurants and shops.
Our bed was awful.
